Condo Kitchen Update

The Stage Coach was called in by Jill Crecelius of Solis Real Estate Group to help these young condo owners update their kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

First, the owners were instructed to Clean and Declutter.  The Stage Coach then arrived and began sanding all of the cabinet faces and wall paper.  After the dust was cleaned up, painter’s tape was applied to the areas immediately next to the areas we were preparing.  The next step was applying a good coat of Kilz Primer to all of the surfaces to be painted.  Then the cabinets were painted with a Glossy paint, requiring several coats.  Upon completion of the cabinets, the walls were given two coats of latex paint.

After the painting was complete, new flooring was installed, the condo was professionally cleaned, and readied for photos.
