Relationships are a key element in the business world. With all of the hoopla of the internet, SEO, marketing and advertising, the best way to grow your small business is by word of mouth. At The Stage Coach, we develop relationships from both Passive and Aggressive angles, but treat them both with care.
Our Passive Relationships consist of REALTORs who enlist services from us to help their listings. Whether the call comes in before the house hits the MLS, or six months after, the relationship is the same: with the REALTOR. As a result, the REALTOR will remain our primary point of contact for any and all dealings for the home. We will not step on any toes just to try to win a little extra business.
Our Aggressive Relationships consist of business that is developed as a result of direct contact with Home Owners. In these situations, the REALTOR and The Stage Coach both report to the same client. This does not mean that we can not work together, as we are both striving for the same end result: Fast Sale of the Home. We will do our best to keep the listing agent informed in all aspects, from maintenance visits to contract terms ending.
